A PEAK PERFORMANCE APPROACH TO IMPROVING GROUP WORK

FOCUS: MANAGEMENT OVERVIEW

Duration: Three Days Workshop Description

The Newkirk Group designed this workshop to guide your transformation to a Peak Performance Leader. We clarify the impacts of management style on Group Work and provide an innovative framework for executive success termed Peak Performance Leadership (PPL). We analyze Peak Performance Leadership from the strategic perspective as a dynamic process enabled by emerging management thinking and group practice. We progress from a group dynamics description of organizations and design an executive charter to implement PPL for optimum results. We discuss the rationale driving the PPL approach as an action lever for reducing unwanted group conflict, enhancing group performance, and improving profitability of the 21st Century organization. We explore the theoretical perspectives of PPL and address the organization and psychological issues which negatively impact group work in the organization environment.
