Description
The Newkirk Group designed this seminar to illuminate the path to successful Board Performance. We clarify the impacts of diversity on Boards and provide an innovative framework for Board success. We discuss Board Leadership from the strategic perspective as a dynamic process enabled by emerging global thinking and group dynamics. We progress from mastering governance in the global environment and governing the diverse corporation to mastering the challenges of globalization and diversity for optimum results. We explore the Board as an action lever for reducing corporate conflicts, closing cultural gaps, enhancing management performance, and improving profitability of the global transition solution. We examine the hidden globalization roadblocks and address the cultural and psychological issues which negatively impact group work in the global environment.
