Our Perspective

We designed our Strategic Management Services to assist those at the pinnacle of decision making as they master the complexities of the modern business climate that stretch the limits of past experience. We engage in executive consulting designed to solve today's problems using innovative programs as we extend the discoveries of human systems research and self-systems psychology into the practical world of executive leadership. During coaching sessions, we offer ongoing opportunities to discuss and resolve any special career and personal issues.

Research indicates that information bias and data filtering cause many of the problems threatening organizations and their leaders today. Leaders at the pinnacle of decision-making depend on the information they receive to make the critical decisions necessary to the ensure the success of their organizations and the projects that support them. Unfortunately for the harried leader, accurate information has become a luxury all too difficult to obtain. Politics, fear, manipulation, insecurity, error, accident, carelessness, and yes, even dishonesty, represent only a few of the challenges plaguing executives as they seek the information necessary to make the right decisions about their organizations at the right times.

The Newkirk Group recognizes this problem and is concerned about the plight of information mismanagement facing today’s leaders. We decided to do everything we could to help clients reduce the risk of faulty information.
