Regis Smolko is an International Management Coach. He has coached with businesses in most of the 50 United States, including Alaska, as well as Australia, Tasmania, and The United Kingdom. Among his Business Clients are Barclay’s Banking System of London ltd, as well as The IRS, Lucent Technologies, Westinghouse, Minnesota Dept of Transportation, Fujisawa USA, National Mining Association, Orbital Sciences Corps., and The 305th Medical Group at Fort Dix.

He has conducted seminars and workshops for more than 20,000 participants in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. He has delivered Onsite Training Programs for hundred of local, national, and international businesses.

Mr. Smolko enjoys an entrepreneurial background and is an accomplished executive with an international background. He is the Founder and President of RJS QUALITY CONSULTS of Pittsburgh, PA, a professional skills Management Coaching and Development company. He holds three Masters Degrees and Professional Certifications in diverse areas of interest including English, Communications, Crisis Counseling, and Theology. He has taught The University of Pittsburgh, Duquesne University, Penn State, and Seton Hill College. He has served as Clinical Director for Greenbriar Treatment Center in Washington, Pa. For relaxation, Mr. Smolko is an avid gardener and raises Miniature Schnauzers.
