PROGRAM PS 118: BUILDING THE WINNING PROPOSAL

Course Description: PS 118 covers proposal construction from conception to completion. The instructor designed this course to enhance your proficiency in the design, construction, and management of the core activities that result in an effective proposal. This course links the proposal framework to proposal methodology by: (1) introducing the proposal project concept; (2) identifying the components of the proposal architecture, and (3) introducing the stages in effective proposal construction. In this course, you will learn how to:
